My son and his wife are moving into new digs soon so I made a couple of pictures for them, hope they like them. This one is a watercolor monotype. I love the effect this printmaking process creates.

Tuesday life drawing

Went to life drawing and then a coffee shop and drew the view  out the window of the old bank at Pender and Main.

This is their house.

I love this view down to the dock.

My daughter and her boyfriend live in a great place with a million dollar view, near Deep Cove, just outside Vancouver.

Sat in a coffee shop window seat at Broadway & Granville in Vancouver and watched the world go by and drew the building opposite,at least part of it. While I have seen it literally thousands of times in my life, I know it much better after drawing it.

More coffee, more drawing.

Life drawing

Went to life drawing today which is always a great challenge, always a great drawing workout, never completely happy with the results.
