ODAD 42 Yes 42 The last one!

One Drawing A Day exercise 42, the last exercise. I started this in September 2011 and have enjoyed a great ride thanks to Veronica Lawlors book, One Drawing A Day, www.amazon.com/One-Drawing-Day-Creativity-Illustration/dp... and all the supportive comments from her and the Studio 1482 illustrators. Canuck Place is a childrens hospice in Vancouver BC offering pediatric palliative care, www.canuckplace.org/ This is ink and watercolor on Canson XL Watercolor paper.

ODAD 39 Day at the Museum

One Drawing A Day exercise 39, Day at the Museum, so I went to the Museum of Vancouver, a collection of things from Vancouvers past. At one time Neon signs were all the rage, of course the civic powers that be decided they were ugly and they pretty much disappeared. Now they are loved and collected in the city museum. This is my favourite, I was in the Smilin Buddha a couple of times. Like drawing? Get Veronica Lawlors book, One Drawing A Day, do the exercises, post your drawings at www.flickr.com/groups/onedrawingaday/ Color pencil, watercolor on Canson Mix Media paper.
