ODAD 35 Homage to Cocteau
One Drawing A Day exercise 35, pastel, oil crayon, a place you have fantasized about visiting, so these are the British Parliament buildings in London, which I have visited and which I still fantasize about revisiting, Blimey!
I had not heard of Cocteau before but see he was a friend of Modigliani; one of my favoured artits.
Despite living a few hours drive from the houses of Parliament, I have only been a few times. They are lovely but I do sometimes find London itself busy and expensive and the folk are not as friendly as here in the south west (I am a country mouse at heart).
